An untapped resource of knowledge.
Every week, Jerry (I like his name, and he’s bald like me) from Sullivan Schein comes by the office. He’s efficient, has useful knowledge to share, a good story and off he goes.
I look forward to it. I didn’t use to.
Stupidly, I saw Jerry as a waste of time for me. He would show after all, to take money from me. That was the limited view I had.
Stupid. Just downright stupid.
Jerry’s been around dentistry almost as long as I’ve been alive. He’s seen every kind of success and failure dentistry offers.
He is a wealth of knowledge. A quick, casual conversation last week, led to, this week, a potential regional seminar with his company possibly playing a pivotal role.
Honestly, can’t wait. Jerry’s a great guy, I’ve learned a lot in our brief encounters, and honestly, were I a dentist or business man starting out in a field only vaguely familiar to me, HE is the kind of guy I’d seek out and take to lunch every single chance I got.
When was the last time you tapped your supply guy for his true potential of industry knowledge? I hope I’m not the only lucky guy on this planet that sees the value of the relationship we have.
Jerry’s been there and one that. He’s made smart decisions. Bad ones. He knows the difference, so to people like you and me, he’s invaluable. But that’s only the case if you’re looking for the slight edge in business to get you to the next level.
Watch for details coming very soon on a regional dental gathering here in Salem. My ClearPath Society members will be first to know and will of course enjoy a substantial discount on this very reasonable, fun, and different event.
Stay tuned!
