I frickin' HATE technology
Do you have a back-up for technology failures at your ofc?
You know, say Dexis(R) goes down. Do you have old fashioned x-ray film hangin around that is not expired and actually usable?
What happens if you computers die?
Do you have back-ups of all pt files SOMEWHERE in multiple places?
Tonight, I was checkin out some websites I have put up and noted ONE of them was down. Not working. Caput.
Hell, I’m even paying for Google adwords to drive traffic to it. Nothing. Dead.
Anyway, I have no back-up. But, you can bet tomorrow, I’ll be on someone about it.
You need to have multiple back-ups. When one fails, so will your back-up in the time of need.
ESPECIALLY make sure your pt files are backed-up. That is where all the value of your practice is at.
